Works great! I disabled the distance safety on remote so I can go farther away to mow. Haven't found the.limit yet but goes at least 300 feet! I love this mower!
I't's a beast. The welding and frame is super strong, built like a tank.
I have 2 acres, so far it has been cutting whatever I throw at it.
Tall grass ( about 12 to 16" ) slopes, valleys, rough surfaces. It has been great for cutting under trees where I previously had to weedeat. It has taken over 3/4s of the weedeating that I had to do. The only drawback is that you cah only be about 50 feet away from the mower, before it's out of range of the controller. I alsohad to disable ayy the sensors to get close to most objects
I bent a blade hitting rocks in my untamed yard. Replacing the blade was quite easy and I am off and mowing again.
So far so GREAT!
These machines are durable and well built. I've had great success so far mowing my 1 acre with hills that are too steep for a ride or push mower. Battery time is long and ease of use is great.
We are still getting use to it, but are thrilled so far. Our yard is not that big but we are older and now love mowing the lawn. We have thatched the yard and ran it with the bag attachment. It picked up the Thatch beautifully. It will be a great help in the fall as the leaves fall.
This machine is a beast. I have a hillside in front of my house which no one likes to push mow. You can’t drive a mower on it. Some of the area was 4 feet tall. It is completely cleared now. I wish I had taken a video for you. I am so so happy with this machine. I can sit on my front porch and mow my hillside. Thank you !!!! I highly recommend this machine. If you’re over 60 like myself I found set up a little difficult and called my son to help me set it up!
I’m in love with my Mowrator! Very easy to assemble. It has been doing a great job on my 1.5 acres of land. Battery life is great! Handles the hill fantastic. I’m very impressed and it’s fun to mow the lawn. Super easy to use. Neighbors are jealous seeing me sit in the shade mowing my lawn. Best purchase I’ve ever made for yard work!
I have a spine issue so I bought this mower as a tool to help me continue to maintain my yard. I love this mower!! It has been such a relief. It’s also a lot of fun to use. Like an adult RC car 🤣🤣🤣. It’s far from a toy though. This thing is just as strong as any traditional push mower you’ve owned. If you’ve ever operated an RC toy you can operate this mower. It’s an investment but if you’re like me and need help mowing it’s absolutely worth it.
I'm reaching the age where cutting our lawn with a push mower is becoming both a chore and a challenge, especially handling the steeper areas of slope on our property. As I considered my options, I found several video reviews of the Mowarator S1 and decided to give this option a try and I'm really glad I did so.
The unit is built to what I would consider a commercial grade, although it's a standard 21" deck, and the mowing power, durability of the battery, and ease of use make the job of cutting the lawn a snap. The unit handles all of the slope with ease and the finish of the cut is excellent. This is a real mower blade that has mulching power to spare, rather than the kind of plastic decked robot with small centrifugal blades that you see on other automated options.
I did buy the MowFun camera attachment for the remote, and may use it more in the future, but I find that standing in general proximity to the mower while mowing open areas, and following it closely while it navigates tight areas has been most effective for me at this point. It's also about as fun as mowing the grass can be and I can do the entire yard while standing in the shade and not breaking a sweat.
I've spent most my life using push mowers made for people of average height, who are about a foot shorter than me. It's a pain in the back (literally and figuratively). Because of that, I've gone 2, 3, 4 weeks between cuttings. Now, I can still get out to walk for exercise, and I don't have to break my back pushing a mower. And I don't mind cutting the grass as much (and I'm cutting it a lot more.).
I am very pleased with this mower. It works great! It is very easy to operate. Thanks!
Very pleased with this equipment. Works precisely as advertised. Thanks.
Great mower built tough
I just received my Mowrator S1 4WD and it is everything I hoped for. Living in Massachusetts with hills and thick grass, I needed something with real power. This machine delivers 'Gas-power performance with Electric convenience.' The 1600W motor is incredibly strong, and the 4WD system provides amazing traction on slopes where other mowers struggle.
Beyond the machine, the customer service is world-class. Marina and Ria were incredibly helpful, ensuring I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. If you’re looking for a powerful, reliable RC mower backed by a team that actually cares, look no further. Highly recommended!
love my mowrator S1, I have a steep hill to mow and it goes up the hill like it was nothing. The sensors are way to sensitive, I had to turn them off, and I do not like having to keep one finger on the blade button. My fingers keep getting tired and I end up restarting several times before I'm finished with the lawn.
this mower is awesome perfect for some one in a power chair
Perhaps the best work experience ever.
Love it
Purchased the 4WD 75% Slope with the 45% climbing Tires, and the Unit looks impressive, the Tires are Big and Powerful, can't wait to use it, I have a 28° Slope
I have a really steep hillside which original tires on Mowrater would simply spin trying to achieve traction. Had to place some old dog fencing on ground in order for Mowrater to climb slope. NOT ANY MORE. Got the excellent grip deformible tires and hillside is no longer an issue. I was shocked how well these performed. However, a word of caution about zero turns. These tires are so aggressive they will dig up the yard. Simple approach is a back and forth mowing approach or a gradual turn around.
For thee years, I have owned and operated the top line Mowrator with heavy duty wheels and battery. It cuts up to 1.5 acreas although in smaller sections daily, not all at one day. I run the Mowrator in extreme heat (up to 30 to 35 degrees) and up steep (20% - 35%) long 100' slippery grass-covered slopes. I also use it to cut weeds and tough, long meadow grass areas that my ride-on mower and push mower cannot safely mow. The Mowrator is what I describe as an unstoppable BEAST of mowing power that easily powers through pits, valleys, meadow, hills, curves, tight spaces. BEST investment. There are tips and adjustments that you must learn - READ THE MANUAL! - and you must remember to write down the operator code 4-digits because changing it if you forget the code is hard to complete but is do-able. Be courageous and join the Mowrator club. I am age 69, I operate the Mowrator on my own, I am not particularly fit or smart. I love my Mowrator and all my neighbours love trying it out and we all have fun bec it is unique and it works!
I haven't installed it yet.
This is a great accessory. Built quality and materials are top notch. The ability to utilize your palms to continue operating the mower blades is smart. And it gives you one less thing to worry about.
