Issue 1: The machine cannot start up normally
Potential Cause:
- The battery is not connected to the machine.
- The battery is low.
- Other abnormal situations.
Solution:
- Connect the battery to the machine.
- Charge the battery fully.
Issue 2: The machine indicator light is red and always on. It cannot be driven and the blade cannot be started. [Emergency stop button pressed]
Potential Cause:
- Emergency stop button pressed or not reset
Solution:
- Reset the emergency stop button on the remote control and the two emergency stop buttons on the vehicle to see if the indicator light turns green
Issue 3: The machine indicator light is red and always on. It cannot be driven and the blade cannot be started. [Lift detection]
Potential Cause:
- The machine not placed horizontally triggers lift detection
Solution:
- Place the machine horizontally and observe whether the tilt protection is still displayed on the remote control
Issue 4: Unable to upgrade through Android phone app
Potential Cause:
- Remote control, battery, phone battery is too low
- The phone is not connected to the extranet.
Solution:
- Charge the remote control, battery, and phone with enough power.
- Connect the phone to the extranet.
Issue 5: The machine indicator light is green and always on, but the cutterhead cannot be started
Potential Cause:
- Check if the battery level is higher than 5%.
- The remote control will prompt low battery and cannot operate.
Solution:
- If the battery level is less than 5%, the battery needs to be charged.
Issue 1: The remote control cannot be connected to the lawnmower.
Potential Cause:
- The remote control joystick is not calibrated.
- The remote control needs to be re-paired with the machine.
Solution:
- Follow the interface prompts for medication
Issue 2: The remote control cannot be charged.
Potential Cause:
- The charger used is not compatible
- The USB port is dirty and needs to be cleaned
- Battery damage
Solution:
- Replace with another charger to see if it can be charged
- Clean the USB charging port and check for water and dirt
- Replace the remote control battery
- Replace charging power cable. If you've lost the official cable, purchase a replacement from Amazon store
Issue 1: The battery cannot be charged.
Potential Cause:
- The connection between the charger and the battery is not plugged in tightly
- Stains or water on the charger or battery connection
- Charger damage
Solution:
- Connect the charger to the battery plug-in
- Clean the battery and charger for dirt
- The battery can power up the machine and read the amount of electricity
Issue 2: After the battery is connected to the vehicle, it automatically shuts down after 60 seconds of startup.
Potential Cause:
- The battery communicates with the vehicle for 60s, and if communication fails, it will automatically shut down
Solution:
- Clean the small hole at the output end of the battery to see if there is any dirt
Issue 1: Stopping the process of opening or closing the grass bag.
Potential Cause:
- Stuck by foreign objects when opening or closing
Solution:
- After cleaning the foreign object, press C2 to remove the fault
